Textile Analysers
Developed for a major, US-based manufacturer of yarn, these boxes measure every 1/8 inch of yarn as it is being produced and feed back quality data to a centralized computer. Defects are detected and analyzed, and the results are used to grade product and provide information to the operators to help predict when maintenance will be required.
Yarn speeds in excess of 100 mph, and a difficult environment cannot prevent these boxes from performing 24 hours/day, 7 days/week!
